As a Field Sales Account Manager with Jasper Contractors, you will work for an established, highly reputable company that continues to experience tremendous growth, with revenue increasing more than 90% from $22 million in 2010 to over $41 million in 2011 and more than 50% of our sales force earning over $100,000 per year. We are looking for Field Sales Account Managers to sell our roofing and HVAC services to residential home owners. In your role as a Field Sales Account Manager, you will generate sales by canvassing residential housing areas and speaking face-to-face with homeowners about their roofing needs.

You will receive on boarding training, including ride-alongs with experienced sales managers, and with the company growing rapidly into new markets, you will have ample opportunities for growth within your sales role as well as advancement to leadership positions. We are currently hiring hundreds of new Field Sales Account Managers, with turnaround time on the hiring process often being less than a week. Job Requirements

As a Field Sales Account Manager, you must be driven, self-motivated and ambitious in your pursuit of new sales prospects. It is also important that you are highly detail oriented and able to multitask and manage relationships with multiple customers at multiple points throughout the sales process. You must also have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters. Proven experience meeting quotas and making cold calls/visits is also vital for your role as a Field Sales Account Manager.
