Field Service Engineer (MCE or MCSE) Bromsgrove £20K + car
Our client, an IT Support company based in Bromsgrove require a Field Service Engineer to visit clients and deal with onsite problems with networks, servers and printers etc. Although a recognised Microsoft certification such as MCSE or MCE would be desirable, experience and the ability to do the job is more important.
You will obviously have good interpersonal skills and a strong communicator with the ability to deal with clients on their premises together with a real interest in IT and in particular support. You could well be currently working as a 2nd line help desk support person and ready for a move to a field based position.
Driving license is essential as is a strong technical background and being eager to advance your career.
