Field Service Engineer
Eaton Corporation has an opening for an entry level field service engineer. Location is flexible within the US.
The candidate for this position should possess some experience with testing, and commissioning of power generation, transmission, and distribution equipment .
Work history or education should include acceptance testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the electrical equipment and the protection control systems.
Position Criteria:
Strong work ethic and team oriented attitude
Ability to work with multiple field service engineers and technicians on various testing and commissioning jobs under the direction of a Senior Engineer.
Ability to be on call for service emergencies
Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience/education servicing electrical distribution equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
• GPA of 3.0 or higher
Please note relocation is not included with this position. Only local candidates will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a graduation date no later then June 2012
• Authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without visa sponsorship
