Field Support Officer

JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a position in our Business Banking East Region Branch Channel The East Region, lead by the East Region Executive, comprises of 13 states and has over 1100 employees within 8 Markets. The East Region Support team supports the East Region Sales Executive and his leadership team. Responsibilities span both strategic and tactical initiatives, and include on-going "business-as-usual" activities as well as project-based work. Projects are typically team based and include heavy interaction and collaboration with lines of business and staff areas. The position will report directly to the East Region Support Manager. The position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to: Understand and help shape the agendas of senior management Develop expertise in a variety of functions Hone problem solving, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching Advance to other roles in the company Typical Responsibilities Might Include: Ensure Field Management team has the right information and tools to manage the business Coordination of Weekly and Monthly Reporting that is utilized by the East Region Management Team Work with Finance team to ensure we have the right information for the right audience - including deep dives on key areas of performance as needed Provide Analytical commentary on the results contained in the reports Work with Technology to ensure changes to systems, processes, and tools meet business requirements for the field Manage communication items and processes Assist in the preparation of formal communications and recognition for the East Region Executive Assist in preparing presentations and materials for Business Reviews, Senior Leadership presentations, Town Halls, etc. Work with Market Admin staff to ensure Business reviews, Focus groups and Client and Branch visits are coordinated for each of the 8 Markets. Identify important messages to communicate to the sales force and execute on the delivery Serve as training liaison for the East Region Responsible ensuring Market Amins coordinate New Hire Onboarding/Offboarding and tracking. Ensure consistency of New Hire Training, Coordination of Area Manager and Market Manager coverage of training classes Ensure all training is properly communicated attended and delivered. Ensure training courses are completed within deadlines for the East Region. Serve as Liaison on all Operational Compliance Activities pertaining to the Field Ensure adequate business continuity preparedness Assess and address operational risk concerns and issues - include KYC Remediation, Audit Issues/Follow-Ups, Customer Segmentation Transfer Initiatives Expense Management, and High Risk Customer Issues. Work with Technology to ensure changes to systems meet business requirements Lead special projects Lead the execution (content and logistics) of Field meetings in partnership with Senior Leadership, Marketing, Event Planning and other internal partners Operationalize processes that are manual and cumbersome so they are scalable for a growing national sales organization Identify opportunities to improve client experience and customer service
