Field Technical Sales Engineer, Energy Saving Products. £20,000 to £25,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE + Car + Benefits. Selling the latest heating technologies into both B2C and B2B this is a technical field sales role covering the Midlands and North of England. This technical field sales engineer role offers a unique solution to reduce energy use and carbon emissions by up to three quarters. The target market is large rural homes, stately homes and B2B clients such as conservation trusts and heritage associations. It is a new technology and existing client data has proven that the system will pay for itself within two to three years. It is therefore a sale suited to an individual that is credible, consultative professional sales person that is unfazed by new business generation.

To apply you must have sold energy saving solutions such as energy saving heating, energy saving lighting, solar products, insulation or PV. The absolute ideal candidate will be working for one of the large energy companies selling domestic boilers, or similar, and looking for a more sophisticated and technically challenging role.

As a person you will be self-motivated; target orientated and has had previous experience of selling both B2C and B2B. You must be able to develop business through your own leads to build a strong client base; ideal applicants will be able to manage their own time effectively. Experience of site surveys and drawing basic plans would also be of benefit.
