FIG M&A Analyst / Associate
We are currently mandated to find two candidates at Analyst or Associate level. The firm have a strong track record of providing independent advice with outstanding industry expertise.
Our client advise on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, IPOs and capital markets. They also provide fairness and valuation opinions as well as advice on takeover defences, recapitalisations, joint ventures and management buyouts. The firm have a growing and stable team who are focused on sustaining long-term relationships.
The successful candidate will be:
- Working in MA at a top tier investment bank.
- Or recently qualified in their ACA / CA with experience in a Corporate Finance team.
- Experienced in executing financial services transactions.
