The role

Key Responsibilities:
- The full range of responsibilities pertaining to MA and project management and all duties;
- Creating merger and financial model analyses;
- Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation;
- Execution of mandated deals;
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials;
- Gathering public information through numerous sources;
- metrics;

Key Requirements

To apply you will need a good understanding of FIG MA.

Competencies:
- You must be a 3rd year Analyst or 1st year Associate;
- In-depth knowledge of MA and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs;
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skills;
- Advanced computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
