FileNet Systems Administrator (ASE5)

Within the Real Estate Lending, Imaging Services area of TOG, responsibilities will include leading department efforts to support installations, configurations, and maintenance of the groups ICMP (Imaging Content Management Platform) solution. Drive internal processes for installing, configuring, tuning, capacity planning and maintaining application systems. Participates in testing and installing new software releases, and application system upgrades. Assists with monitoring and fine-tuning the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Develops and maintains comprehensive supporting documentation required by the department and project related activities. Drives application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendor, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot. Individual must be able to communicate, document and present to both technical and non-technical staff and management at all levels of the organization. This position requires 1st shift responsibilities, working between the hours of 8 to 5. After hours and weekend rotational as well as project related support required. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years application development and implementation experience. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in FileNet Administration. 3+ years of experience in FileNet deployments. 3+ years of experience in Troubleshooting FileNet environments. 2+ years of experience with P8 CE, PE, AE 2+ years of experience with AIX UNIX v5+ 1+ years of experience supporting Windows 2003,2008 1+ years of experience using Oracle / MSSQL databases in a FileNet environment. 1+ years - Knowledgeable of firewall and networking concepts. Image Services v4+ administration High availability and disaster recovery concepts, design and implementation. Effective troubleshooting and problem resolution. Adapt priorities to maintain multiple in-progress assignments. Off-hours support for planned changes and participation in an on-call rotation are required. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Exposure to and familiarity with mixed systems environments, mass storage and networking. A strong sense of urgency including self governance on task priority. Up to 25 percent travel may be required. Preferred Skills: 3+ years of experience supporting Windows 2003,2008 3+ years of experience using Oracle / MSSQL databases in a FileNet environment. 3+ years - Knowledgeable of firewall and networking concepts. 1+ years utilizing WebSphere 1+ years utilizing Weblogic, Tomcat, IIS 1+ years - Knowledgeable of virtual hosting environment. P8 certification preferred. Content Federated Services for IS and P8. Brava BPM Experience with data migration and performing FileNet import/exports of a large magnitude (IS and P8). Scripting in Perl or similar. Image Services v4+ configuration, and performance tuning. P8 4.0+ configuration, and performance tuning Capacity planning Experience with IBM P-series and LPAR environments. Experience with large complex technical projects. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technology.
