Finance & Administration Manager recruitment
Main responsibilities include: accounting, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, debt management, cash and treasury management.
Expecially the candidate is required to process monthly, quarterly and yearly account reconciliations and closing, elaborate financial reports and payroll reconciliations, review financial data and undertake gross margin analysis, in order to improve and maintain high profitability.
Other responsabilities are: treasury management, daily accounting and yearly budget work process; general administration and contact with authorities in relation to local rules in Italy. This person will be responsible for the VAT declaration and intrastate reporting; for the payables and following receivables.
The candidates will be involved also in the following activities: preparing employment contracts, managing insurance issues and supervising the internal procedures and compliance. Supporting the sales manager, the person will be involved in completing and managing commercial and contractual issues with the clients.
We are looking for an high motivated person graduated in Accounting or in Financial Management or comparable area with minimum five years relevant professional experience. Proven experience with financial performance, budgeting and management accounting, financial forecasting, and rate setting and reporting is required.
The candidates must have a strong analytical, organizational and communication skills . Fluent English is mandatory. A flexible work approach a good ability to work in a small team is a plus.
