Finance Administrative Assistant

A job vacancy has arisen for a Finance Administrative Assistant based in Milton Keynes. My client is a property and facilities management company and they require an experienced individual who will thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in a broad range of roles and responsibilities such as;
- Accruals
- Processing purchase orders
- VAT submissions
- Processing invoices for engineers
- Compiling maintenance contracts.

To be successful in this role, you must have
- A keen eye for detail
- Confident problem solver
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Visio
-Experience using SAP, Cognos or a similar ERP system
- Articulate in all forms of communication
- Professional experience within a Facilities Management organisation is preferable.
