Finance Analyst/Business Manager (VP) – Investment Bank recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the regional organization
• Driving strategic initiatives such as location strategy, strategic vendor management
• Leading the Project Management Office
• Overseeing the business management functions in support of the group
• Supporting the office management functions in Shanghai
Requirements:
• Degree in technology or business management; MBA is desirable
• 12+ years experience in the financial services or technology industries
• Strong project and business management skills combined with proven operational management experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills
• Well rounded leadership skills and be able to operate in a global organization
• General understanding of technology and work experience in a technology organization within a bank or securities trading company
• Previous operational risk, cost and financial management experience are desirable
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are critical
