My client based in Dunstable has a new permanent job for a Finance Assistant / Junior Management Accountant. This is an exciting job for someone who wants to progress in finance and enjoys a reporting based role. You will be responsible for sales and margin reporting for a business with a turnover above £100m that is multi sited.
The job in its self is responsible for production of daily sales, sales tracking, weekly flash reports and producing budget and forecasting files. You will also be responsible for VAT and Intrastat returns, accounts receivable reconciliation and monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a finance department or relevant degree. You will also need advanced Excel skills (v look ups, pivot tables) and experience of data manipulation.
The role has a good benefits package including study support and works in a friendly team of 4 based in Luton.
