Finance Assistant (Sage Line 50)
An immediate need for a Qualified AAT or qualified by experience bookkeeper with proven Sage Line 50 experience to start a temporary accounts job in Harlow.
This on-going temporary accounts job will involve updating ledgers on Sage Line 50, recording Housing Benefit income from Local Authorities onto Excel, dealing with any queries to ensure all payments have been received, posting sales invoices and preparing a weekly income report as well as reconciling accounts.
I am keen to hear from individuals who have a strong working knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel as the management of the income account is essential to their business. The role will also involve liaising with Local Authorities therefore good telephone communication and problem-solving skills are required.
