Finance Associate Director – Moorgate, City of London
A global financial services company is looking for a Finance Associate Director based in Moorgate, City of London. Through this company’s data and financial products units, it provides its clients and investors with unrivalled market insight and visibility across multiple trading pools and asset classes, including equities, derivatives, debt, commodities, structured products and ETFs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative oversight and representation of all corporate decentralised financial support services provided to multiple UK subsidiary companies and employees. They will represent the finance head office on corporate income tax, VAT and communications with HMRC and also partner with the local HR department representative to solve issues in payroll, benefits and pensions, so previous HR knowledge is essential.
The role will also involve working with the finance head office on statutory audits, internal and external audit reviews and financial compliance filings so knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley and other compliance regulations is desired.
Accountancy qualifications with either CIMA or ACA are essential, as is experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials or similar ERP applications for this permanent position.
