Finance Business Partner, Corporate Real Estate
We are currently recruiting for a high profile area within a major commercial bank. We are recruiting for a 12 month contract role which is based within the corporate real estate division which manages thousands of individual companies ranging from SME real estate enterprises to multi-national investment companies.
The finance partner team manages all interaction with the senior members of the corporate real estate business unit. The business partner team is supported by the management reporting teams involved in the preparation and supply of regular monthly reporting. The business partner team provides the connection between the reporting of financial information and the analysis / interpretation of the corporate real estate business performance.
Reporting to the unit Director your role will incorporate review of monthly financial performance, analysing and interpreting financial information and advising/challenging and supporting overall business and financial performance.
You will be key in contributing to the development of financial strategy and ensuring the co-ordination/delivery of effective financial information and guidance enabling the business to make key decisions based on the implications.
You will also attend key meetings as the finance representative identifying key finance considerations for the business unit and work with the MI team to deliver insightful financial performance analysis for the area and commercial division reporting requirements. Working closely with the business you will prepare the latest budgets and forecasts whilst then having the confidence and gravitas to direct, influence and challenge the overall shape of the business.
Candidates must be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and those with real estate experience will be prioritised. As a minimum candidates will have financial services experience. Candidates will be available at short notice.
