Finance Business Partner Job in Guildford, Home Counties UK
This is a great permanent opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to work within the Commercial function from PL and Balance Sheet through to Financial Planning.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for driving and supporting financial and operational performance
- Support the Commercial teams in the drive for maximising value by identifying opportunities and risks and providing financial analysis for commercial initiatives
- Maximising value by improving the accuracy of forecasting and reporting including Driver Based Budgeting, and reporting techniques in the business.
- Support business managers in understanding of performance against plan and forecast and future business performance using financial and non-financial key indicators / drivers
- Drive and support the annual business planning process for assigned business units including the monthly "outlook" and quarterly forecast processes challenging assumptions as appropriate based on performance and Commercial insight
- Complete the month end reporting process for assigned business units.
- Ensure that all the correct financial controls are in place and support all audit activities.
