Finance Business Partner recruitment

Using a combination of your relationship building and management reporting skills you will be responsible for proactive financial insight into performance drivers for a high profile actuarial area. Responsibilities will include regular reviews with actuarial heads, working closely with the leadership team on product analysis and acting as the management reporting subject matter expert across your pier group. Furthermore you will be responsible for the day to day deliverables and development of one junior.

You must have a proven track record within the management reporting arena at a senior level in the financial services industry. The stakeholders in this area are market leaders and challenging therefore it is essential that you can demonstrate previous experience delivering in a similar pressurised environment. It is essential that you are a qualified accountant (e.g. CA, CPA, ACA) and have strong commercial and analytical skills with an ability to communicate strategic information to non finance professionals. Experience in life insurance reporting would be advantageous but is not essential.
