Direct and control the delivery and reporting of management information for internal business customers. Ensure that controls and governance practices are consistently and robustly applied across all Finance change projects and programmes, as needed to achieve accurate reporting and deliver appropriate insight.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a senior source of professional expertise and input into the development of Finance Solutions.
- Provide insightful information, guidance and advice to influence business decisions.
- Develop a network of external advisers and practitioners and advise Banking Group of the implications of benchmark practice on new policies and practice.
- Build and maintain a cross functional internal network to optimise business results.
- Initiate and deliver MI projects or components of agreed change programmes to achieve continuous improvement.
- Review, evaluate and mitigate potential risks.
- Maintain responsibility for Finance Change management information reporting controls and governance arrangements (encompassing all aspects of programme and project delivery activity).
- Work to ensure that reporting practices delivered as the outcomes of Finance led projects deliver appropriate insight, whilst also being reliable, valid and straightforward.

- Qualified accountant ACA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA and-or Prince II, SixSigma
- Strong knowledge of banking and the Project Lifecycle
Finance Change Business Partner - Treasury required to sit in the Treasury function of a major Retail and Investment Banking client in London City who will come from another major financial services and banking name
- Base salary from £35,000 to £67,000 for the right candidates
