Finance Change Business Partner recruitment
Key Accountabilities:
• Positively influence others by demonstrating core values and behaviours
• Establish and build relationships with stakeholders to support the provision of quality and timely
information and analysis
• Effectively work within and maintain internal networks for the purpose of optimising business results
• Support agreed change projects to deliver continuous improvement
• Stakeholder influence at Director level
• Scope of influence external to own function
• Partner with the business/ divisions to manage the delivery of change
• Actively manage the surfacing of demand. Support the structuring and management of division specific change portfolios, including prioritising delivery of change initiatives to fit business/ SME capacity
• Support maintain an in-depth understanding of the business impact of the change portfolio on the function/ division, including detailed knowledge of the interdependencies
• Work with representatives from the business/ relevant Divisions to surface risks and issues. Work with the programme delivery teams to facilitate business mitigation or resolution
• Provide hands-on delivery support to ensure that in-scope changes are delivered successfully
• Work across project/ programme teams to quality assure the delivery activity from the perspective of the function or division
• Participate in relevant governance forums and provide structured information updates to support the successful delivery of the portfolio of projects throughout the project lifecycle through to implementation.
