Committed to economic and cultural development, this local municipality has an opening for a Senior Strategic Planner within their team.
Working in an established team, you will be responsible for managing projects and developing policies for significant land use and build form issues within the organisation. Along with analysing the implications of these policies, you will be required to proactively manage consultants across a variety of projects.
To be suitable for this position you have excellent communication skills and have the ability to comfortably advocate on behalf of council to various stakeholders. Your experience within strategic planning will be utilised to provide internal training to relevant staff. With sound practical knowledge of the Victorian planning system, you will be qualified in urban planning or related discipline.
