Finance Director Job in Warwickshire, Midlands UK
A very well established construction and infrastructure business is now looking to bring on board an exceptional Finance Director to head up their finance division in Warwickshire. Due to recent changes, there is now a great opportunity for you to join this very successful and ever growing business.
Role purpose:
To oversee all the financial activities for the division including preparation of current financial reports and forecasts for the future business growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Heading up the finance function
• Preparing financial accounts, forecasting, budgeting, dealing with compliance issues
• Financial reporting and financial analysis
• Management of working capital
• Managing a team of finance staff
• Adhering to the policies and procedures
The successful candidate will be:
• Working as a Finance Director at the moment
• ACA/CIMA qualified
• "Big 4" trained ideally
• Experience working for contractors, construction, FM, utilities sectors
• Have a very 'hands-on' approach to work ethics
• High calibre individual with excellent communication skills
• Computer literate and strong numerical skills
