Finance Director, Vice President recruitment

The Director is responsible for the coordination and consolidation of all of the financial planning, reporting and analysis for the Global Services Americas' Division (GSA.) The position reports to the GSA Group CFO and works closely with each business units' CFO.

Managing a team of 10, the position coordinates the monthly projection and forecasting process as well as the annual budget and strategic planning process for GSA. The position is responsible for the reporting and analysis of financial results, including the analysis of revenue and expenses allocations, as well as various other ad hoc reporting for both internal business unit and corporate needs. The candidate will work with and present information to all levels of management throughout the company. Finally, the candidate will be expected to drive the strategy of the business in a clear and concise manner, leverage talent of the group and collaborate for results both within GSA and throughout the company.

Skills

The candidate should have 15+ years of progressive financial analysis experience with increasing scope and responsibility. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment on many projects simultaneously. MBA or equivalent preferred, excellent analytical, organizational, communication, problem solving and spreadsheet skills are required. Proven relationship skills and team development are critical to the success of the position.
