Sales Ledger – Finance Assistant recruitment

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger for a well known and expanding company based in London.

The role is varied and includes a number of responsibilities, while primarily focused on taking ownership of the Sales Ledger.

This is a fantastic role for anyone looking to take a step up and join a growing and very successful business based here in London. The organisation is expanding into Europe and therefore has a requirement for senior individuals to join and help guide the team moving forwards.

The successful candidate will need the following experience;

• Volume invoice processing

• Producing reports and summaries for management

• Experience and Knowledge of Project Costing is a must.

• Meeting performance targets related to invoice processing

• Serve initial point of contact for queries

• Other ad-hoc finance, administration duties.

• chasing up any outstanding debts

• Update maintain invoice files and spreadsheets

You will need a strong understanding of IT systems and an ability to work within a small teamwork environment.

A minimum of 2 years experience required.
