Finance & Fundraising Manager

My client a small not for profit organisation based in the Trafford area, are looking to recruit a Finance Fundraising Manager on a permanent basis. This role has arisen due to a restructure within the organisation and is a newly created role. Within the new structure you will report alongside the Support Service Manager directly into the Board of Trustees. The overriding objectives of this role are too provide financial management service to the charity,  to develop and implement a fundraising strategy to increase revenue and to develop and expand the organisation's services.

My client is looking for a proactive finance professional with proven leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial information and management reports to the board, preparing the annual budgets and forecasts, bidding for external funding with large donors, developing, implementing and evaluating the organisations fundraising strategy and developing a volunteer fundraising group and coordinate regular fundraising campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a charitable organisation where you will lead from the front. You will be key in planning and developing key strategies for the organisation and will be working alongside the Support Service Manager to ensure they are implemented efficiently.
