My Client have a temporary job opening for an payroll/accounts assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

This will be reporting into the payroll / accounts payable supervisor, and your responsibilities will be split over both areas - spending 3 days on Payroll, and 2 days on accounts payable.

This being so, you will have experience of time-writing, and processing of time-sheets to ensure that information is passed to payroll.  Additionally you will be responsible for analysing and collating information of specific accounts.  With regards to the accounts payable function, you will be required to complete supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis, match and code all invoices and PO's, coding on to the system, and preparing for monthly payment runs.
