Finance Governance Analyst recruitment
The opportunity
In this position, you will continually and diligently review process documentation to ensure conformance with governance requirements. You will work closely with operational risk management and finance governance to maintain quality standards, and to guarantee that updated changes are communicated as necessary. You will provide suggestions for simplification and propose processes that might better serve company objectives.
About you
We need a team player who can also function independently, with a sound knowledge of financial reporting, insurance, and investment accounting processes. The successful candidate will have a degree in finance and/or economics, and be driven by a need to get to the bottom of a problem and to find new and more comprehensive solutions. This person must be open-minded, flexible, curious, and persistent. Fluent English is essential, and German is a plus.
