Finance Manager

Reporting into the UK Merchandising Manager, this role is focused on providing regular financial reporting and analysis with clear and defined visibility of actual, committed and forecasted spends in respect of the UK Merchandising budget.The successful incumbent will lead and develop a team of three finance assistants, ensuring that work is allocated and prioritised to meet deadlines and supporting information is provided on time. This role is cross functional and key to delivering the Merchandising strategy across all channels.

· Merchandising Budgetary control including forecasting the installation budget and conducting regular budget reviews with all key stakeholders both internally and externally. Create and provide all financial for the BAP required for the annual Installation and Revenue budget. · Manage the Merchandising Finance team ensuring key tasks are managed accordingly and in line with expectations. · Ensure processes and procedures within the Merchandising department are aligned to the integration of One ERP and all JSOX controls. · Liaise with the Merchandising Operations Manager and MSE's to input on investment plans leading to the compilation of yearly budgets and subsequent reviews of expenditure. · Responsible for liaising with and managing all stock accounts held within 3rd parties. To ensure that monthly stock reports received are reconciled to reflect the ledgers in respect of volume of units, parts and associated values. · Responsibility for providing the correct asset cost information is populated into TME once an installation has been completed. This includes the creation and updating of units templates to ensure the correct value is input. · Attend regular meetings with the Merchandising Operations. Manager and Head of UK Merchandising to review year to date expenditure, budgetary requirements and discuss significant variances. Attend monthly Merchandising Team Meeting and present financial information. · Produce and circulate a detailed monthly expenditure reporting pack covering all areas of Merchandising expenditure.

You will need to have the following skills / experience: -
Qualified
· Previous experience in financial stock and order. Possess a good level of numeracy and analytical skills. Proven experience of data capturing and financial reporting and experience of managing and being accountable for significant budgets.
