Finance Manager
Our client, a world-leading manufacturing company based in West Sussex, is seeking a qualified accountant to join them as Finance Manager to work closely with the Operations Director. This job has a heavy emphasis on business partnering the operational team, providing exposure to multiple operational and manufacturing issues within the business that would prepare the job holder for future career development within the company. Key responsibilities will include operations accounting, product costing, cost centre reviews, analysing monthly and quarterly performance with particular focus on KPIs and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and inventory control. You will also be responsible for building financial models for capital investment appraisals and supporting business case proposals.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA, or ACA) with commercial finance experience gained within the manufacturing sector. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with all non-financial functions.
