Finance Manager (Based in China) recruitment
The Company
One of the leading players with recognized brand name in the Food and Beverage industry.
The Role
You will be leading and overseeing the full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions, internal and local regulatory financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities also include ensuring that the management reporting and operation systems are in compliance with corporate guidelines and requirements.
You will analyse and enhance the effectiveness of financial systems and control, handle treasury and cash management activities, as well as to liaise with relevant personnel handling audit and tax matters, and general finance administration. You will also manage and fund cash requirement for business operation from internally generated fund and analyse financial risks exposure in newly developed markets.
Your Profile
You must have experience in full spectrum of financial and management accounting functions. At least 2 years of working experience in the China market is essential. Ability to manage a team, coach and mentor direct reports, along with good leadership and communication skills is key. You will be based in China for this position.
You must have a recognized degree in Accountancy and/or CPA qualification.
