Voice Recorder Engineer recruitment
- Work with Citi businesses to develop voice solutions to meet their current and future operational needs in accordance with Citi certification standards and procedures.
- Encourage the adoption of new voice technologies to enhance Citi's competitive edge
- Providing lead engineering excellence and skills throughout all project phases (requirements gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations) of a given project while complying with CATE standard engineering practices and project management processes.
- Provide occasional third level support and working closely with the Voice Network Operations teams to resolve complex voice recording issues when required.
- Participate in Architecture strategy activities when required.
- Liaise and work with Citigroup's strategic technology partners when required.
- Fully complying with all security policies, engineering standards, project management and purchasing processes.
Base Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Telecommunications solution deployment, specializing in the field of Nice Voice Recording. Experience with financial company voice networks a plus.
- Work location is UK, London.
- Should be prepared to work off-peak hours as necessary for project and program support for a global organization.
Advantageous
CertificationTraining:
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
(CCNP, CCVP or CCIE certificates a plus; skill/experience should be commensurate with CCNA certification level. CCVP preferred). - Avaya Certified Specialist.
- Familiarity with the following platforms a significant plus: CyberTech, Cisco ICM, Avaya Voice Portal, Aspect Dialer
Skills
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Nice Voice Recording Solutions and their deployment best practices.
- Knowledge of Avaya PBX components including ACM, ASM, MM, MN, PBX, One-X IP handsets and softphone clients, etc.
- Knowledge of Cisco PBX components including Publisher, Subscribers, Unity, IP handsets and softphone clients, etc.
- Knowledge of SBCs (session border controllers), preferred Acme Packet/legacy Covergence
- Knowledge of VoIP standards (SIP - SIPINFO, RFC2833, etc. and H.323 - Q.931, H.245, etc.)
- Windows administration and UNIX shell knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, QoS, ACLs a plus
- Experience of having responsibility for delivering complex IPT solutions integrated to voice recording solutions
- Practical experience of solution deployments involving contact centre solutions including Cisco ICM, Avaya IVR, Aspect Dialers
- Detailed knowledge of QoS and Voice over IP (Gateways Gatekeepers)
- Good working knowledge of IP addressing
