Blue Chip FMCG Organisation based in Norwich are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager.
Reporting to the General Manager on site, with a dotted line into Divisional Finance this is a high profile role which will act as part of the site senior management team. You will lead a small team and have full responsibility for ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will also prepare monthly flash reports and variance analysis on production to ensure senior management have the management information need to make the right decisions. You will act as the key interface between operations and finance which will mean you will be responsible for reviewing the trading results with Operational Managers giving advice where necessary. A qualified Accountant you will have experience within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors and have experience of working alongside operational managers.
