Finance-Manager of Corporate Development. Job in New York, New York US
Premiere Boutique Financial Sercices Company based in NYC is looking for a Manager of Corporate Development.
Major responsibilities will include:
* Design financial models and conduct intensive quantitative analysis, particularly in the areas of firm-wide financial/economic modeling, portfolio engineering and cost optimization.
* Conduct reviews of potential new business opportunities, including financial and operational analysis and drafting of strategic business plans.
* Prepare presentations and memoranda for Company Board of Directors as required, to evaluate Company performance as well as major investments and contracts.
* Support Finance and Funding Departments in executing key strategic transactions and other special projects.
* Provide support in the administration of various Corporate Development initiatives, including maintenance of the Company’s benchmarking database, monitoring of relevant political and economic news, preparation of various reports, and other administrative items.
* Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Chairman/CEO, Chief Financial Officer and President of Funding.
Requirements:
* Three to five years experience with a top-tier investment bank, consulting firm or similar analytically-based position with outstanding performance history.
* Excellent financial modeling skills and acute attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
– ability to communicate effectively with senior members of the management team and the Board of Directors.
