Finance Manager, Private Equity recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly consolidated financial reporting for the fund management companies.

• Responsible for funding activities of the private equity business such as fund setup closing, subscription documents, LPA, etc.

• Responsible for daily execution and monitoring of the fund accounting, subscription process and related administration

• Preparing the necessary accounting, reporting, documentation and filings for the fund and projects

• Participating in fund setup and ad hoc projects

• Manage and improve the computerized accounting systems including maintaining chart of accounts, staff training, system integration and migration.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 6 years experience in Private Equity or Alternative Investments required

• Solid experience in fund accounting/operations/administration required

• Solid knowledge in the regulatory requirements especially those pertaining to the account and finance function imposed on the investment management industry by SFC or HKEx.

• Experience in SUN accounting system required

• Attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
