Talent and Learning Manager, Group Technology & Operation – Talent and Learning recruitment

You are responsible for delivering the Talent Learning agenda for Group Technology Operations (GTO).

This involves working with various GTO business stakeholders technical training teams, Learning Shared Services Center (LSSC), Country HR, Country Talent Managers, and vendors in the identification of business needs, development of solutions and their implementation.

Key Roles Responsibilities

•Consult with key GTO stakeholders (GTO Manco, Group Heads, CIOs, GSSCs, etc), to understand business objectives and needs
•Develop and implement Talent and Learning initiatives and interventions to support business needs

Learning

•Responsible for end-to-end learning agenda for GTO:
-Consult with key GTO stakeholders to understand learning needs for all roles in GTO
-Drive the execution of the learning agenda with the business funding the development cost
-Establish collaborative relationships with business sponsors, subject matter experts, LSSC, Technical Training Teams in GSSC and external vendors in delivering the agenda
-Work with LSSC and business to drive learning completion and track relevant learning metrics
-Design and develop learning frameworks, curricula and modules
•e-Learning development:
-Project manage eLearning development projects with external vendors
-Provide specialist consultation and quality control for business-managed projects
•Vendor management:
-Advise vendors on latest Group TL standards and governance
-Review vendors’ capabilities
-Review and manage vendors’ deliverables
•Ensure all learning content is valid and current, aligned to business needs and meets industry standards
•Optimise the utility of delivery channels for reach, cost efficiency and learning impact, and promote the use of key channels, e.g. Learning@SCB and WebEx
•Drive Group Learning standards and governance to ensure learning products are aligned Group standards and compliant to Group technologies
•Collaborate with TL colleagues in GSSCs and Countries to maintain Group TL standards, facilitate best practice sharing and ensure line-of-sight of learning initiatives across Group-GSSC-Country
•Maintain and refresh role profiles, learning roadmaps and capability frameworks

Talent

•Accountable for delivery of talent processes for business talent pools like H3, H4, MTs
-Work in close coordination with Country Talent Managers to ensure delivery and coverage of talent management processes
-Ensure close alignment with Talent Acquisition to execute overall strategy for talent pool
-Manage the Chennai Talent team talent management process
•Ensure robust talent profiles and data are captured for each individual
•Provide regular dashboards to support the GTO Manco discussions on talent
•Manage nominations for high touch Leadership Development programmes

Qualifications  Skills

•Graduate, ideally with a degree in Learning, Instructional Design, Organisational Development, Psychology or HR-related fields (post-graduate qualification is a plus)
•Strong consultation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
•Excellent written verbal communication skills
•Change management knowledge
•Strong project management skills
•Learning design and development experience (including adult learning concepts and CADDIE process) preferred
•Talent management knowledge or experience in talent-related roles preferred
•Experience or understanding of eLearning development and learning technologies is a plus
•Can-do attitude
•Creative but practical
•Driven and results-oriented
•Meticulous and able to pay attention to detail
•Collaborative
•Ability to juggle a number of projects and priortise accordingly
•Self starter who can operate with minimal guidance
