Finance Manager – Sales recruitment

*Driving revenue performance through pipeline management, forecast accountability and book of business transparency
*Creating strong partnerships with SBU verticals: participate in monthly business reviews, lead GSS sales heat mapping, create link between Gross and Net sales, engage around resource allocation
*Leading performance management and commission tracking: creating the right incentive schemes, setting annual quotas, driving correct sales behavior through TRUST use principles, managing commissions approvals and performance reporting and analysis
*Involvement in the quarterly rolling sales forecast for Sales Specialists
*Proactive ad hoc analysis to help drive sales and improve performance
*Trend analysis (e.g. product sets taken by particular types of customer)
*Expense management
*Headcount tracking

Education:
*Required: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
*Desired: CIMA/ACCA/ACA (or equivalent) qualified or nearly qualified
Required skills:
*Experience working within Finance
*Experience working in a large global company
*Strong financial analysis skills, including good Excel skills (e.g. use of pivot tables, look ups)
*Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
*Highly motivated and proactive individual
*Ability to build and maintain relationships - finance community, local account managers/sales specialists, senior sales management
