Finance Officer – Luxembourg recruitment
FINANCE OFFICER - Luxembourg
We are working with a large Asset Management company for their recruitment of a Finance Officer for their offices in Luxembourg. This firm have assets under management across real estate, fixed income, money markets, alternative funds and equity and are one of the largest inEurope. This company are keen to find accountants with between 3 and 5 years experience working with accounts payable/invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Input or validation of the suppliers invoices in the General Ledger (SUN)
- Prepare of validate the payments (Multiline)
- Prepare fund invoices and fund transfer orders
- Maintain control over the invoice validation and payment process
Qualifications/Requirements:
- University degree Accounting or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience
- Fluent written and spoken English (French language skills desirable)
- Relevant professional experience of the Investment Funds Industry
- Knowledge of SUN/Vision accounting software (desirable)
- Task oriented self starter
- Ability to work under pressure
