This is a brand new role within the company and has been born out of several recent acquisitions as well as key client wins within the business. As Finance Operations Manager main duties will include:

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE A PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT BACKGROUND as it is essential that you understand recruitment compliance, contractor timesheet systems as well as invoice and payroll processes within this business. Ideally you will have experience with outsourcing as this is one of the several projects that the business is currently undertaking as well as strong implementation / systems integration experience. This role also demands that you have a strong leadership skills as well as be able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
