Finance Performance Improvement Senior Manager (Retail Banking) recruitment

Your responsibilities as a Finance Performance Improvement Senior Manager will include:

- Working with CFOs in leading financial organisations

- Assessing and transforming the finance function to improve performance and effectiveness

- Providing insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems

- Working with clients to deliver improvements.

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Finance Performance Improvement Senior Manager:

- Ability to apply Finance knowledge to new situations/regulations and deliver workable solutions

- Success within Financial Services in a large or specialist consultancy, or a top tier financial services organisation

- Ambition to build a consulting career and develop a wide business network

- Ability to manage/mentor staff

- Graduate level education

- Professional qualifications from Institutes such as ICAEW, CIMA or the desire to work towards a professional qualification

- Experience in Solvency II, IFRS for Financial Services and Basel II highly desirable.

You will also need to have experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Finance Transformation / Integration Operating Model design

- Business Performance Management

- Line Finance and Regulatory and Risk reporting

- Shared Services

- Financial Statement Close Process

- Experience of the regulatory change agenda set by the FSA and other regulators impacting the CFO

- Knowledge of Retail and Corporate Banking product and Management reporting.
