Finance/Payroll Clerk

A well-respected organisation in Aberystwyth is looking to recruit a Finance/Payroll Clerk on a 6 to 12 month fixed term contract.

My client is looking for a Finance/Payroll Clerk with experience of finance related administration such as payroll, dealing with timesheets and bookkeeping. Day to day duties include:

Calculation, preparation and entry onto Payroll System of starters and leavers
Creation of Starter HR Record within HR System and entry of holiday entitlements
Calculation, preparation and entry onto Payroll System of amendments to Employees’ Salaries, Job Codes, Tax Codes, Pensions, Bank Details
Entry onto Payroll System for Payroll controlled variable payments
