Position Responsiblities:

This position is responsible for providing detailed analysis and financial modeling for client account aggregation reports and oversight. Performing various analytical research, income modeling and reporting of client accounts and Firm operational assignments. Assist with development of monthly and annual financial reports for management. Assist with full cycle internal accounting process.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Performs detailed analysis and financial modeling for client account aggregation reports and oversight.

·       Performs various analytical research, income modeling and reporting of client accounts as well as Firm operational assignments and projects.

·        Analyze potential new and enhanced client reporting programs and processes for potential implementation.

·        Assist with development of monthly and annual financial reports for management.

·       Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of client and Firm information and business activities.

Employment Standards:

·         Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a Minor in Accounting, Masters in Business desirable

·         A minimum three years professional business experience with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related professional office environment.

·         Must be highly detail oriented, proactive and self-directed.

·         Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

·         Must have strong customer service orientation and possess strong interpersonal skills.

·         Requires excellent computer skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, QuickBooks and experience with financial software packages; Experience with E-Money a plus.
