Financial Accountant – Finance Compensation recruitment
Tasks and responsibilities can include
Drive and monitor the key reconciliation between billing and funding
Drive and develop the implementation of the new accounting system in Finance Compensation and coordinate with the TFM project team
Analyse and drive business process changes
Drive additional specific monthly reconciliation and reporting processes
Drive improvement to existing processes
Ad hoc tasks and special analyses as and when required
Master degree in Business / Finance or equivalent
5+ years experience in reporting and/or accounting
Strong analytical skills
Accurate and thorough work approach with a good attention to detail. Proactive
Quick grasp of processes and good understanding of IT structures and tools for reporting / IT affinity
Strong MS office experience (Excel, Word, Power Point), Business Objects knowledge would be an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges
Experience in the Banking / Financial Services Industry is preferred
Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Practical experience in an international environment
