FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT FOR PHARMACEUTICAL GROUP
· Initially a four month role with the possibility of extension. My client has a a very attractive work hard , play hard atmosphere.
BS reconciliation champion for the 4 Trading Partner entities ensuring the new BS rec policy is implemented and adhered to across all of the company and Genpact teams that own BS accounts.
· Supporting teams to understand the policy and make suggestions to how they can improve
· Ensure on-going monthly monitoring including tracker and KPIs to the CBS Service Board.
· Complete reconciliation reviews for branch bank accounts as well as ensure all other BS reconciliation's are reviewed and collated.
· Complete the quarterly other debtors and creditors review, challenging the need for balances and following up actions from reviews with markets
· Responsible for all aspects of Branch monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and review including TB review.
· Lead the BS rec policy implementation in all aspects in so far as it becomes business as usual to hand over to the respective entity accountants in the TPF team.
· Build and share knowledge of BS balances with the Finance Team to enhance understanding of the overall business and markets
· Ensure all SOX controls are being performed, documented and reported working with Compliance teams to validate the controls and build new ones as necessary.
· Perform contract reviews for the companies Export branch to support the rest of the TPF team.
Operational Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact across the business for CTS including Genpact, Corporate Finance, Treasury, VAT, Global Tax
