Telesales - Account Manager

Our client based in Potter Bar are looking for an experienced Telesales individual to join their ever expanding team.
They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has experience of working within a target driven environment and has knowledge of dealing with a high number of accounts.

The role will entail the following duties 

1).To undertake sales campaigns as determined by the Business Entity Marketing functions
2). Interacting with customers by telephone, e-mail and fax in all areas relative to their business
3). To actively follow-up quotations for standard products exploring with the Customer the offer made and how best to address issues and additions that will secure the order
4). Contacting sales outlets for the area of the business and taking all necessary action that will secure the initial stock order
5). Answering all on-line WEB emails
6). Assist with all aspects of the Sales Office as and when demand dictates including the WEB and WEB helpline
7). Establish own dynamic personal telesales plan for specific responsibilities, in line with Company policy, objectives and strategy
8). To manage and maintain customer and partner records
9). Personal awareness of development needs in line with knowledge and skills required for the role. Actively develop core competencies in line with an agreed personal development plan
10). Support company initiatives for continuous improvement

A knowledge of using Sales-force and all Microsoft packages would be desirable but not essential
