As they don’t have any shareholders, they can single-mindedly pursue their mission to be a strong and profitable business for the benefit of their clients and colleagues alike.
In 2007, they won the Hallmark of innovation award for the most effective customer segmentation strategy. They look after 5 specific types of high quality clients, which fall under the segments – Dentists, GP’s, Hospital Doctors, Lawyers and Teachers.
Financial Consultants and Area Managers work within one specific segment. This allows them to understand their clients by knowing everything there is to know about their vocation and their financial needs – both present and future, effectively making them specialist Financial Consultants for the profession that their segments serve.
To provide a select service and evolve with the changing needs of clients they serve they develop and manufacture market leading products, which are tailored to the specialist needs.
