TAD PGS, INC. is currently seeking an Financial Analyst for one of our clients in Cleveland, OH.

Description

A leader in the steel-manufacturing industry is looking to hire an Analyst, Plant Accounting to support the Cleveland, Ohio facility. Responsibilities and Accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as business manager for assigned area of responsibility

  • Take proactive role in departmental cost monitoring, control, and improvement

  • Develop annual Business Plan and monthly updates

  • Perform and communicate monthly variance analyses

  • Departmental financial and statistical reporting

  • Capital project evaluations

  • Support and provide economic analyses for department programs

  • Ad hoc evaluations

    • All other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Requirements:

  • Expertise in Excel and/or Access

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business or Economics

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Tabware and Axiom

  • Steel industry experience
