Community Health Systems Professional Services Corporation seeks a Financial Analyst for its Franklin, TN, headquarters? Home Care team. The Financial Analyst provides data retrieval / contract modeling / financial analysis support to VP and Regional Directors of Managed Care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Retrieves reimbursement data from hospital accounting systems Develops contract models and performs financial analysis comparing current to proposed reimbursement to determine financial impact Maintains and updates department?s hospital utilization database Works with Regional Director of Managed Care on contract interpretation issues to ensure accuracy of contract models/financial analysis Builds financial models to analyze the impact of payer contracts Completes special projects/reports as needed
