JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for supporting the Controller and Senior Division Management in Budgeting and Forecasting including budgeting, forecasting, Mid-Year and Long-Range Planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop statistical data as required by Finance Office, General Manager or any Senior Manager as directed.
Assist in the budgetary and forecasting processes as directed by the Controller and Sr. Management.
Populates financial data into proprietary financial models and analyze for correctness and proper entries.
Work on budget development with Controller or Sr. Financial Analyst.
Conducts and documents financial analysis projects.
Prepare special analysis, reports and presentations.
Support monthly accounting closing process
Work on specific cost models and other analysis to determine specific profit margins for business leaders.
Work on Six Sigma projects and/or process improvement initiatives of department as directed.
Any other duties as defined by management.
Qualifications:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
2+ years related experience
Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and Windows based computer skills
Analysis of Manufacturing Operations and system, preferably BaaN
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
