This international firm is looking for a strong financial and business-oriented individual to join this collaborative, team-based environment. Applicant must be a creative thinker who would be continuously involved in proactive improvement of systems, procedures and management reporting. This team, primarily involved in the financial reporting process, is involved with the business units in the reconciliation, preparation and commentary regarding all financial information dissemination to senior management. Position is responsible for: assembling, compiling, analyzing and reconciliation of financial and organization data for presentation to management; periodic financial and variance analysis; analysis for management to make critical business decisions; assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process researching the variances for commentary in management reports and special projects. Position requires: a bachelors degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years relevant experience in accounting and analysis; a through knowledge of pc applications (word, excel, access), strong communication skills (verbal/written), with the ability to communicate business and technical information clearly while managing multiple tasks and projects.
