This Financial Associate (Senior Financial Analyst) position is responsible for the financial support of the Mass Affluent Slate Segment (non-rewards) and Blueprint Center of Excellence. The individual will work with the Business teams in the development, supporting analysis and communication of financial forecasts and actuals reporting. In addition the position will work on financial and ad hoc analysis to assist in driving growth in the business. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, good presentation skills and the ability and confidence to work independently. The candidate will also need strong analytical abilities and a drive to understand the business areas behind the numbers. Responsibilities: Develop financial Budgets and Forecasts for the Business Units Provide routine financial reporting with variance explanations to budget and/or forecasts to the Business Units. Enhance or develop new reports as needed Conduct financial evaluations on programs or products for investment decisions Ad hoc projects and assignments
