Establish value-added relationships with customers, to understand their financial needs and to offer solutions for those needs:
- Able to meet the needs of the customers, understand their financial needs and offer solutions
- Able to protect assets from unexpected/large scale healthcare expense and from estate taxes
- Include funding for a secure retirement, child’s or grand child’s educations, and growth above inflation and taxes
- Prospect within the financial institution by establishing relationships with customer contact associates to find appropriate customers and introduce them
- Engage in activities that enable access to those customers who may not frequently use the branch system
- Prospect outside the financial institution in order to bring in new customer relationships
- Sell effectively by establishing relationships with customers, finding their needs and then offering appropriate solutions in a compelling way so the customer sees the value, understands the features and benefits and purchases the solution
- Engage in relationship management activities so that relationships are nurtured and expanded, additional needs are met and friends and relatives are freely referred.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Education: NASD Series 7, 66 or 63, and California Life Health Insurance license required.
· Experience: Minimum three years experience in Wealth Management.
· Language: Bilingual in English and Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.
· Skills/Ability: Must display traits such as honesty, work ethic and team-orientation, must fit in
with the social and cultural values of the institution. Must have the relevant product
knowledge and required skills.
